Our penne, spaghetti, tortelloni and tagliatelle are made with fresh eggs and 00 italian flour .

Our pesto is made with almond , pecorino romano DOP and grana padano DOP

Our pizza tomato sauce is made with italian plum tomato, fresh basil and sea salt.

Our pizza dough is made with the best flour in Italy, fermented for 36/48 hours  for an exceptional napoletana-style result.

The fresh fish is suplied by Doran’s fish monger on the Howth pier

The beef ,lamb and chicken is suplied by Gilligan’s farm in Roscommon and is 100% Irish

Our salmon is cold smoked and  supplied by Burren smoke house. Probably the best in ireland

Our bread is from la Levain bakery in Dublin. Using only organic  wholemeal flour and traditional baking method.

Allergens guide: egg, wh= wheat, fi=fish, nut, mol=mollusc, cel=celery, mi=milk, mus=mustard, sul=sulphite. V denotes suitable for vegetarian. Vg denotes suitable for vegans.
