My bistecca Fiorentina, cooked exactly as I demanded, was a prime piece of tasty T-bone. Sibella’s prosciutto and rocket pizza, of godly size, was an absolute picture of freshness………honesty, authenticity and charm, I’m happy to give it my custom.
